Atilika commissioned us for an overhaul of their aged web presence, as well as corporate identity design refresh and new accompanying illustrations.

Atilika is a natural language processing and AI company with offices in Tokyo and Oslo. Leading businesses worldwide rely on our technology products and deep learning solutions.

Identity Refresh & Illustrations

In an initial step we prepared moodboards with design samples to get a general idea for the identity design update and style of the new illustrations. Since Atilika’s work is in the field of artificial intelligence and data analysis we based our illustrations on visualizations of scientific models such as neural networks, data clusters, infographic charts and others.

For the corporate identity and logo mark refresh we worked though several draft and Atilika settled on a version which preserved some of the existing visual DNA. Therefore the updated logo still uses some of their previous colors and shapes, but also takes inspiration from scientific data clusters and circular charts.

Website UI Design

Starting with the information architecture we designed the new Atilika website UI design from the content out with modular and reusable sections.

Bento Graphics Inc. helped us to update Atilika’s aging brand and website design with a new look that is modern and clean, but also managed to keep some consistency with our old branding. We also appreciated that Bento Graphics Inc. worked with us to find a design package that could meet our goals but also fit our budget.
