WorkCloud approached us to help with the design and UX (user experience) of the branding and landing page of their soon to be launched Saas payroll application.
Workcloud, a new Japanese corporate personal management platform, was looking to revamp their corporate identity and website to reach both their English-speaking and Japanese-speaking audiences. Aimed at simplifying many of the daily and mundane corporate tasks such as time tracking and generating expense reports to managing vacation and payroll.
Payroll is complicated. Workcloud makes it easy.
Workcloud is a small, yet extremely powerful tool. We were excited to work together with Workcloud in helping them explain their product and connect to their audiences. To this end, we also designed an explanatory infographic.
We began by revamping Workcloud’s logo and corporate identity. The previous logo felt generic and lacked a sense of consistency. We brushed up Workcloud’s logo, designing a number of concepts and iterations until we both settled on a logo we were happy with.

We then translated Workcloud’s strategy, focusing on their product and functionality to create a unique user experience that positioned Workcloud as a progressive and viable solution while presenting the offering with a modern responsively designed site.
Our work was done in close collaboration this allowed us to quickly implement and iterate solutions.
