Project Manager – English-Japanese Bilingual

  • Native-level Japanese and fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Experienced in creating project proposal and estimates as well as sales/project presentationss
  • Great skills in project scheduling and managing teams independently
  • Background and/or experience in web development or graphic design
  • Experience with project planing software, bug/issue trackers and other related software
  • Bonus: Company management skills and accounting

Your work will involve various fields, such as preparing proposals and estimates, client meetings, schedule projects, managing teams of developers and designers and everything in-between.

UX/Web Designer

Specialised in web design and corporate identity development, strong experience in:

  • Conceptualising design ideas
  • Minimalist design sense with a wink ;)
  • Corporate identity design development
  • UI/UX design and wireframing
  • Grid-based, modular interface design for websites
  • HTML5/CSS3 Coding skills
  • Responsive Web Design, ideally Mobile-First & Progressive Enhancement
  • WordPress CMS template implementation and basic PHP/Jquery skills

Bonus: Illustration skills especially for icon designs, SEO knowledge and print design. Designers specialised in solely print design need not apply.

Developer/Web Designer

  • Standards compliant SEO friendly HTML5/XHTML/CSS coding
  • PHP custom coding
  • Javascript/Jquery custom scripting
  • WordPress theme implementation and custom plugin development
  • Knowledge of other CMS’ i.e. Drupal, ExpressionEngine etc.
  • E-commerce site development (either of Drupal/Ubercart, Magento, OSCommerce, Zen Cart, Joomla etc.)
  • Social-Media service integration (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube etc.)
  • Custom web application development (can be based on a PHP framework like Codeigniter or similar)
  • Responsive Web Design, ideally Mobile-First & Progressive Enhancement

Super-Duper Bonus: Japanese language skills (but not a requirement to apply).
