2016 fuzeX
The latest GEL: fuzeGEL is now introduced. A new lightweight fuzeGEL developed by the ASICS Institute of Sport Science delivers cushioning and bounce in a big way. The ASICS GEL technology revolution will be continuing.
2015 Gel-Quantum 360
For the first time in ASICS history, GEL-QUANTUM 360 provided runners with a full 360 degrees of GEL cushioning technology. ASICS footwear developer put effort into delivering not only cushioning but also stability optimizing balance of GEL visibility and weight.
2003 Gel-Kayano IX
Innovative GEL : Twist GEL was introduced in ASICS masterpiece: GEL-KAYANO IX. The uniquely shaped GEL with helical grooves inspired by a French cruller enhanced cushioning in the forefoot by the shear deformation during toe-off. GEL was evolved by the ASICS technology.
1986 Freaks α
The first GEL footwear for Japan market was launched in 1986. GEL placed in the forefoot and the heel delivered a new cushioning experience. GEL had a big impact on the market. The ASICS GEL technology story begins.
