Graphic Design From Tokyo - Bento Graphics

The fifth flyer for the Minimal Tokyo team. This flyer was designed with a “Hanami”-theme in the back of my head. April, the month of this party, is usually cherry blossom time (or also called “Hanami”) in Japan. That is when the whole country is squatting in the parks to marvel at the beauty of the puffy white/pink clouds in the trees. Also extensive picnic parties are held, often with home-made snacks like Bento-Boxes or Onigiri. In the rush to the parks, often people only use those cheap, blue plastic sheets. All these details were used to create this flyer-design.
